Home chef and cooking classes - Balinese cuisine
I am a native Balinese and I can cook excellently and love balinese food and culture. I am not a professional chef, but I am an enthusiastic amateur. In Bali I cook food for festivities and at ceremonies. In the Czech Republic, I offer cooking for clients who want to enjoy a carefree celebration or party without worries and want to try a new cuisine or remember the tastes of their vacation in Bali. Regarding the food I can arrange everything you need.
I offer the Home Chef service and a Balinese cooking course at your home.
Because the Czech is a complicated language that I do not yet master, the communication is in English.
For now I live in Bali and I visit Bali for longer periods.

Balinese cuisine is very tasty. The basis is rice (nasi) and noodles (mie), either boiled or fried. These side dishes are usually served with vegetables, chicken, beef, pork or mutton. But they are also great at preparing tofu or tempeh and seafood and fish. The combination of all these ingredients is the basis of traditional dishes. Let's not forget the sambal, which is a hot chili pepper sauce with a tomato or onion base. Sambal is traditionally served with all meals.
A whole range of aromatic spices such as ginger, garlic, nutmeg, turmeric, coriander, lemon juice or lime leaves are also typical for Balinese cuisine. In terms of taste, lovers of spicy and non-spicy food will appreciate it.
Home chef service
I will come to your home and prepare meals according to your wishes. I will use your kitchen and your kitchen equipment. You can choose specific dishes, or leave the choice to us and just specify the basic requirements such as the opportunity for which the food is prepared, what the food should or should not contain and how many courses it should have. I can prepare food for a birthday party, party, barbecue party or corporate party. I prepare an appetizer, a main course and a dessert. Alternatively, I can provide drinks. I am able to prepare food for a maximum of 8-10 people, or according to the agreement on the number of meals and courses.
You can only relax. The evening will be just yours, so have fun. Everything will be without work for you. At the end of the cooking, I will do a thorough cleaning and restore the kitchen to its original condition in which it was before he arrived.
I usually arrive about 2 hours before the scheduled start (depending on the type of dish) and the entire gastronomic service, including cleaning, usually takes about 3 hours.
It is also possible to order a barbecue or cooking service for a longer period of time - for example for an all-day party.
If you will be interested, I can tell you something about the customs of Balinese cuisine during the evening and I can add a few personal stories.
Price
The price is always individual according to the type of event and according to the agreement with the customer.
Usually the price of the menu for 1 person is determined according to the customer's requirements. According to your wishes or taste preferences, I will always put together a proposal of 3 types of menu according to pre-agreed requirements, and you will then simply choose the one that suits you best. I always put together a specific menu "tailored" directly for you.
The price of the service will always be agreed in advance - a lot depends on the ingredients used and the number of courses.

In addition to the menu price, I charge an hourly rate CZK 500/hour of work.
